Our best-selling prayerbook is the Jordanville Prayerbook, which we carry in English and in Russian. Its contents include, Morning and Evening prayers, preparatory canons and prayers for Holy Communion and Thanksgiving prayers after Communion, two akathists, various canons and troparia, selections from Vespers and Matins.

This book actually comes in two sizes, large with large print and small. It contains the most basic prayers with accompanying icons. The large size was originally designed for a vision impaired friend of the publishers, but either size has its uses. Both sizes are good for children or beginners to use in long services and to gain familiarity with Orthodox prayer.

This prayerbook has all the rubrics used by Orthodox Old Believers. The text has Old Church Slavonic facing English so is helpful for those navigating between the two languages. Some canons are included that aren’t easily found elsewhere–including canons for the sick and the departed. A beautifully bound book with leatheret cover.
